Project Type: Creation of Responsive Healthcare Platform - OPTUM 2013/Present

The Digital Health Network arose from an urgent need to streamline the fragmented and confusing online healthcare experiences of consumers and providers. Optum’s DHN changed all that, by integrating multiple channels, platforms, carriers and applications into a simple, singular experience.

I was intimately involved in creating the user experience and design of DHN from day one. I started as the lead UX designer delivering the first wireframes for DHN and have progressed to the UX Manager responsible for overall design delivery.
